Food and Beverage Service is a core part of our member service, reporting the General Manager you will take ownership for all aspects of our food and beverage offer.

To be successful you will need

  • Experience managing a service driven food and beverage business.
  • To provide clear leadership to all levels of your team
  • To create a strong commercial business; you will be supported to deliver but you must create an intense member service environment.
  • To be happy developing effective relationships with your team, other departments but most importantly your members.
  • As manager you will oversee the Health and Safety and all Food Hygiene aspects of your department, understanding the need for strong controls and compliance.
